Shipping Policy

At Floral by Susana Campos, we are dedicated to delivering emotions through fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. This policy details our processes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and at the right time.

1. Local Delivery Coverage
Our delivery service covers all of Colombia. To ensure your destination address is within our coverage area, please enter your zip code during the checkout process.

Address Verification: It is crucial to verify the shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Ensure it is complete and includes all necessary details (apartment number, office, etc.), as this allows us to perform a fast and seamless delivery.

Address Changes: Once the arrangement has left our workshop for its delivery route, address changes are no longer possible.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer a professional local delivery service for all our arrangements.

Delivery Windows: Deliveries are made in time slots to guarantee freshness. Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Saturday between [9:00 AM and 6:00 PM]. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we strive to meet our customers’ needs.

Special Deliveries (Funerals): we give maximum priority to funeral service deliveries, coordinating directly with the funeral home to ensure the arrangement arrives on time and in a respectful manner.

Scheduled Orders: You may select a future delivery date during the checkout process—ideal for anniversaries and birthdays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance and the zip code of the delivery address. The exact fee will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart during checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order and Delivery Process
Processing: Orders are prepared on the day of the scheduled delivery to ensure maximum floral freshness. Orders placed during weekends or holidays for future delivery will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

5. Recipient Not Available
If no one is available at the delivery address, our protocol is as follows:

Phone Contact: We will attempt to contact the recipient and/or the sender to notify them of the situation and coordinate the delivery.

Safe Place: If the environment allows, we will leave the arrangement in a safe and protected location (concierge, porch, etc.) and notify you.

Rescheduling: If it is not possible to leave the arrangement, it will be returned to our workshop. A new delivery can be scheduled, which will incur an additional shipping cost. We are not responsible for the decrease in product quality if the delivery could not be completed due to causes beyond our control.

6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Addresses: Floral by Susana Campos is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the information is accurate. If an order must be re-sent, a new shipping charge will apply.

Delays: If your order has not been delivered on the scheduled date, please contact us immediately at info@floralbysusanacampos.com. We will do everything possible to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
